100 Weeks!!!!!

We made it!  William is 100 Weeks old.  No more weekly pictures for us!!!  Emily was done with them at 100 weeks also!  William made sure to make 100 weeks memorable for us.  He had his first haircut this week and did great!  He didn't want to get it done and kept saying no, but we got Emily up in the chair and he sat down right next to her.  He got to hold Buzz Lightyear and sat there without a peep the whole time she cut his hair!  Thanks for helping out Emily.  He's got the little boy look for sure now!  He also made me the happiest Mama ever because he said "Love you" to me a couple of times today.  With all of the talking he does I really don't think he's said those words to me before.  Can't wait to hear it again and again!!  He also has a new routine when he wakes up.  He likes to just chill in his crib and play around.  I'll go in and he'll say "stay in" so I'll leave and he'll be as happy as can be.  He will also ask for Emily to come entertain him which she does very willingly!!  They love each other so much and play so great together...most of the time!!!

We had a fun weekend of birthday parties and getting some stuff done around the house.  The countdown is on...Erin and Jamie get married in 6 days!!!!!!!

Here are some pics of our week...

Week 99 and Week 212

William is 99 weeks old!  He has a bunch of new teeth sprouting, I can't really tell for sure how many since he never lets me look!!!  But we are probably around 14 already, I mean finally!

Emily is 212 weeks old!  Emily has really grown up and is definitely a 4 year old.  I don't know if she was waiting for the day, but she points out to me all the time the things she did when she was 3 and what she can do now!

We had a fun St. Patrick's Day weekend with some more snow!  I am so ready for spring and Emily's fun comment of the week was...I was strapping her into her car seat and said I couldn't wait for jacket season to be over and she says "I can't wait for underwear season to be over!"  Ummmm...didn't realize underwear was a seasonal thing!!  She is one crazy little girl!

All ready for her celebration at school!

Grammie told Emily that Mommy always used to wear a braid when she was little, so it is now her new favorite hairstyle!

Week 98 and Week 211

William is 98 weeks old today.  William's big news...he went pee pee on the potty this week!  I'm not sure if he even realized he did it and he was not nearly as excited as Emily and I were.  I just sat him on the potty before his bath and told him to go and he did!  Of course the next bath time we did this, he peed on Michael's foot and the floor, but hey, it's a step in the right direction!!  He is also saying his colors more and my current favorite is that instead of saying brown he says chocolate.  Very cute!!

Emily is 211 weeks old.  She had her 4 year well visit and is now 40 inches and 38 pounds.  She definitely had a growth spurt recently because all of her size 4 shirts are starting to get short.  Hopefully we'll make it to spring without looking too ridiculous!!  Emily had her first dance competition this weekend.  It was actually pretty laid back and not as crazy as I thought it might be.  Emily got up there and did her thing and had a great time!  This girl loves the stage!!  And, she even got a trophy!!  She carries it all around the house and wherever she goes.  Don't worry, I haven't crossed over into crazy dance mom status yet...at least I don't think so!!  Let me know if you start seeing signs...

We then had a great time at the Doherty's annual Saint Patrick's Day bash.  The kids proved to be good partiers and had a great time.  On Sunday Emily told me we should go to Aunt Donna's house more often!  Unfortunately, I did not get to take many pics at the party since William didn't really want to be downstairs which meant Mommy wasn't down there either.  Don't worry Uncle Bob, the music sounds great from upstairs too!!

Here are some pics of our fun this week....

Week 97 and Week 210

William is 97 weeks old.  This week he woke up one morning and started playing in his crib.  He lined up all of his guys...Coco, Mickey, Goofy, and Donald...he then grabbed a block and gave it to Coco as his birthday present.  Yes, he decided it was Coco's birthday and made a little party for him!  His sister's daily birthday parties for her dolls are rubbing off on him!  Emily was excited and started celebrating with him.  She then said Coco has the same birthday as Maddie and Annie!!!!  Oh birthdays...so much fun!!

Emily is 210 weeks old.  We settled in to a more normal week after all of the birthday fun the last couple of weeks!  And Emily is a four year old and knows it!!  She is constantly coloring, making party invitations, wrapping gifts, and all things crafty!!  I have never seen someone go through so much paper!!

Here are some pics of our fun this week...

Emily and Mommy (with a little help from Will) spent a lot of Monday coloring her cardboard horse and carriage!!

Cute kids finally warm enough for some outside pics before dance!!
