Week 62 and Week 175

William is 62 weeks old.  He amazes me as he learns new things everyday.  One of my favorites this week is that he figured out his bedtime routine.  If I tell him to go pick out a book, he toddles to his room, takes his time to choose the right book off the shelf, then immediately walks to our bedroom which is where we read stories at bedtime.  He also started making a silly face and saying "Cheeee" when he sees me with my camera.  It's pretty funny, especially since I don't think I ask them to do that very often.

Emily is 175 weeks old.  This was finally dance recital week!  We had our last class, rehearsal on stage, and then the big show!  Emily loves being on stage and was super cute in her costume.  At rehearsal she was just staring at the curtains and the lights and then doing her little wiggle whenever she felt like it.  She did a bit better during the show, but definitely has a bit of her Mommy in her when it comes to dancing!!

We had a fun day at the recital, then on Sunday we went to the Beattie's house to visit.  We got to visit with Tom who just had his ankle surgery and Aunt Barbara, Lia, Tyle, and Eliot.  It was a nice visit, but way too short!  We then went to celebrate Jenny's birthday!  It was a busy, but fun weekend.
