Emily is 57 weeks old! 13 months!! She is continuing to grow and discover each and every day. We were at a party on Monday and she had a little cupcake. Yes, she finally likes eating cake! When she was finished, she just looked at me and signed more. Yup, she totally understands that one, so of course I had to give her another cupcake. I knew there was no way she could be my daughter and not love her sweets, but it would be nice if it took her a little bit longer to figure it out! She has also been giving hugs, kisses, and high fives when asked for awhile now too. We had a pretty low key week, Emily wasn't feeling well, I think we finally got through our first cold. She made it over a year without getting sick, I suppose it was bound to happen. She was feeling better by the weekend though, so we made it to Connor's 2nd birthday party. We had a great time!
