Emily turns one! She woke up nice and early this morning, probably because she was excited to find out what this birthday thing is all about! She woke up to some gifts in the living room. Then we had a nice pancake breakfast, went to swimming class, had a nice afternoon nap, then her grandparents all came over for a birthday dinner and more presents. Another exciting day for Emily! After all the birthday fun a new book to read before bed. Emily had a wonderful birthday celebration and we all had fun watching her enjoy it!
