Emily is 1 year, 1 week old. So far, she is really enjoying being a one year old. She's been standing on her own more and more and was even brave enough to take a step or two today. She is constantly talking and one of these days we will understand what she is saying! We had quite a snow storm this week and Emily is finally starting to enjoy it a little bit. On top of all the shoveling that we (mostly Mike) had to do, we made sure to have some fun building snowmen and playing around too! Mike's birthday was also this week, so it was quite a busy one. As Emily gets older so do we! It's easy to forget about that one!!! We are still having tons of fun and will keep you posted each week with what we are up to. The question is, should we continue taking weekly pics? It's become a part of our routine, but I know we can't keep it up forever. Would you all be oh so disappointed if we gave it up and switched to monthly pics perhaps? Eddie did offer to pay for Emily's college education if we can do it for 1000 weeks, but I'm not so sure he is really going to follow through on that one. I think I'll need that statement written, signed, and notarized. Let me know your thoughts, but for now here are this weeks pics...

Day two. Yes that is yesterday's snowman about to topple over. We got another good 15 plus inches! This was definitely the most we've gotten since we lived here.
We got it all cleared away so Emily could ride in her new wagon. She loves it!
