William's First Year of Preschool is OVER!

I can't believe it is June already, but it is!  William just finished his first year of preschool.  He has grown so much this year and I couldn't be prouder of my little man.  He is so sweet and even though he is constantly talking when he is home, he was very quiet and respectful in school.  He made some great friends and it is so fun to see him play and interact with the friends he has made in school.

When I ask him what he wants to be when he grows up, he says he wants jobs, 10 jobs!  His favorite however is a person who scoops fish with a little net at a pet store.  I'm really not sure how he came up with that one, but it could be fun!  At the beginning of the year he wanted to be a construction worker, garbage man, and a dragon.  When I reminded him of this he got very excited and said I want to be a dragon and started roaring!!

William is a smart kid who is always trying to figure things out.  He remembers everything and always has something funny to say, whether he intended it to be funny or not!  He knows what he wants and is definitely going to be the best fish scooper there ever was!  I love you little man!!!!

William is FOUR!

My sweet baby boy is four years old today!  He was so excited about his birthday and had fun celebrating.  We had a small party at Grammie and Pop Pop's house that was full of Super Hero fun!  William wanted to be the Hulk for his party and was very opinionated about every aspect of his party.  Everything came together, we had a gorgeous day, and the birthday boy loved every minute of the day!  We also celebrated at Aunt Paula and Uncle Jimmy's on Sunday along with all of the other April family birthdays.

After a weekend of fun, all William wanted to do on his birthday was to go to the park with Mommy and go to Panera for dinner.  He didn't want to have friends over, just a day with Mommy!  Totally made my heart melt and I really hope that's what he wants every year!!  We had an awesome time at the park running back and forth and doing everything he wanted!  He now makes sure everyone knows he is four and is super excited to be able to raise his hand as a four year old at school.

My four year old loves super heros and ninja turtles.  He also loves playing with legos, cars and trucks, and tools.  He can entertain himself for quite awhile and is so imaginative.  I love just listening to him play.  William is a funny kid, he always has something to say and entertains us all on a daily basis.  We are always surprised by some of the things that come out of his mouth!  I really can't wait to see what the next year brings for my little boy.  He is growing up so much and is definitely not a baby anymore!!  Of course, he will always be my baby whether he likes it or not!  Here are some pics of my four year old and his birthday fun!

Meeting Everett and Easter

We finally made it up to Boston to meet sweet baby Everett and have some fun with Bea, Eddie, and Carrie.  We packed a lot into our short time with them and had a lot of fun!

The girls were reunited!

First stop, the jewelry store where Uncle Eddie and Aunt Carrie get Emily her pearls.

All the kids got lollipops.

Then it was time for lunch.
William mastered multi straw drinking with 5 at once!

Back to the house for my first Everett snuggles.  Love him!

Bea opening her birthday gift, finally!

Easter morning, approaching Trinity church from behind.

Turned the corner and check out the line to get in!
Beautiful old church very full Easter morning.
