My one year old

William is a wonderful one year old boy!  Yes, I'm going to use that phrase as much as I can this week, because even though he's already acting the part, my baby is going to be two next week!!!  Where has the time gone????  He is still my snuggly little boy, but definitely has a mind of his own!  So yes, we have our terrible two moments, but the rest of the time it is fun to watch him learn, grow, and play.  He and Emily actually have conversations which is totally cute!  He never stops talking, you would think that would be hard considering his sister never stops talking either, but no, it just makes for a constant stream of chatter all day long!  Both of them come out with new words and phrases everyday.  We've got a couple of smart cookies on our hands!!! They are both totally excited for spring and being outside.  The changing weather makes it difficult but it's starting to warm up, we even had a couple of days where it was warm enough for shorts this week!  We had a nice weekend celebrating Grandma's 88th birthday and playing outside!!!

So, here are some pics of my ONE YEAR OLD and my four year old.....

Easter among other things...

If I'm no longer counting weeks, I actually have to think about what I'm going to title my posts!  Perhaps I should just go back to counting...it's much easier!!  I never posted anything about Easter and it's pretty fitting since it does seem to have gotten lost in the shuffle this year.  Although to the kids it was a pretty awesome Easter, the Easter Bunny came to the hotel and left stuff by their beds, he also appeared in Aunt Jen's room, and everywhere we turned more Easter treats seemed to pop up!  There was even an Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddos outside the Hotel!  Thank you everyone for all of the fun.  We had a nice low key dinner at Aunt Paula's before heading home to find the Easter Bunny had made it to our house also!!  What lucky kids we have.  And the candy...oh my!  Way too much candy!!!  The kids are good about eating only a little bit a day when I let them, but for Mommy, it's a problem!!

The week after Easter, Emily didn't have school or dance so we had a nice relaxing week...NOT!  We had a lazy day Monday, but after that we had playdates and fun all week long.  It's amazing how quickly our free week filled up, but it was fun and now we are back into the routine!

Here are some recent pics...

Erin & Jamie get married!!!

Erin and Jamie had an amazing wedding weekend.  We started Thursday night with some bachelor/bachelorette fun, then onto rehearsal and dinner on Friday, then Saturday was the big day.  The weather was amazing and everything just came together perfectly!  I was busy between getting ready, being an awesome bridesmaid, and chasing after two kids (when Grammie and Pop Pop were on break!) so I did not get too many pics, but here are a few of what I have.  Erin and Jamie had an awesome photographer though, so I left it in her hands and can't wait to see her pics!!!  We love you Erin and Jamie!  Congratulations!!!!!

Emily was so quiet and serious while getting her hair done.  I finally got her to loosen up a little bit by making faces at her in the mirror.
