Emily is 49 Weeks Old! The countdown to her birthday begins!!! 23 days and counting... This was a pretty busy week. Emily is really becoming more verbal, not quite words yet, but different sounds for different things and you can tell she's really trying to get us to understand her. She is quite the chatterbox an can be really loud too!! She is starting to master crawling. She is still standing and cruising a lot. Emily is always on the go. It is really fun to watch her play and try to figure out what she is thinking. She moves her blocks from one place to another over and over again...it's really cute. We went up to Boston this weekend to visit Ed and Carrie. It was Emily's first long car ride in a while, but she did really well with it. She absolutely fell in love with Millie, the dog, this weekend. They were the best of buds! Emily would feed Millie her food right from her hand and didn't mind being licked one bit! She would laugh and laugh every time she saw the dog. The last time they saw each other neither one of them was very happy about it, but this time they both had a blast!
