79 Weeks!

Another week has passed, and Emily is 79 weeks old!  We were at the beach until Wednesday this week.  Emily really enjoyed it and so did I.  It was a long drive home, but we made it with no traffic!  If we didn't have to stop 4 times we would have made even better time!  Emily did AWESOME in the car both ways.  We didn't even have to pull out the DVD player to put on Curious George.  She would sleep, wake up and play a bit, have some milk and a snack and sleep some more.  I think she is trying to tell us that she wants to travel more often!  Here are some pics of our fun this week!

Emily loves to lay on the couch by herself and snuggle with her blankie.  Not as many snuggles for Mommy and Daddy anymore.

 79 Weeks old!

78 Weeks!!

Emily is 78 Weeks Old and 18 months today!  We were on vacation in North Myrtle Beach for part of the week and Emily is in love!  She loves the ocean, playing in the sand, and swimming in the pool.  She has no fear and is having a blast!  As long as someone follows her around and does what she wants.  She is having fun with Grandma (Gia), Grandpa (Pe Pa) and Aunt Erin (Au Eh).  Her language is really exploding this week and she is coming out with lots of new words.  Including her names for everyone!  It's amazing to watch her develop.  She also has one more tooth on top, making the grand total SIX!  We are back to sleeping better now too.  I'm sure we have some more sleepless nights to come though.  Here are some pics of our fun this week!

18 Months Old.

77 Weeks Old!

Emily is 77 Weeks Old!  And we have another tooth!!!  Bringing her grand total to FIVE!  Another one is on its way and I can't wait because we have not been sleeping too well lately and I think it's because of the teeth.  We had lots of fun this week playing with family and friends and Emily is just growing each and every day.  Her new favorite game is "This Little Piggy".  We did it for about a half hour straight one afternoon.  She just keeps saying "Again" and having a ball.  We made it to the fair this week also and Emily loved looking at all of the animals and making their noises.  We stayed away from the carnival section this year, but I know next year we will probably be all over it!  Here are some pics of our fun!

Emily is 76 Weeks Old!

Emily is 76 weeks old and is totally our little sponge.  She is soaking in everything we say and do and it is just awesome.  She is well past her Mommy attachment stage from a few weeks ago and loves playing around with everyone.  We celebrated both of her Grandmother's birthdays this week and she definitely enjoyed the cake!  She understands that when Daddy isn't home he is at work, but now when I ask her where anyone is who is not at our house she says "work".  I really hope everyone is not working all of the time and if you are take a break!!!  We finally introduced Emily to the whole big bathtub and she is in love.  She slides and swims all over the place and has a blast.  She was happy enough in her little tub which used a lot less water so we went with it, but those days are definitely over now!!  She's been doing tons of other cute things too, just can't think of them at the moment...here are some pics from this week...

She loves them, but has to pull them out immediately then wants me to put it right back in.  And the cycle continues!

76 Weeks old and mastering (or working on) lots of new skills!

Emily is 75 Weeks Old!

Emily is 75 weeks old and what a week it was!  We began our journey to Maine on Tuesday for Eddie and Carrie's wedding.  It was a wonderful trip and an amazing wedding.  Everything was perfect!  I'll post more about the wedding in the next post.  For now, let's focus on Emily's 75th week!!  She had a ball playing with family all week, especially Car Car (Connor)!
