Nana's Hot Air Balloon Ride

After waiting since the fall, when it was cancelled, and having it pushed back another day this spring, Nana finally got to fulfill her dream to go on a hot air balloon ride!  Happy Belated 85th Birthday!!  Despite the setbacks, we had a beautiful day for Nana, Madeline, and Scott to ride the hot air balloon.  It was really neat to see the whole process and the HUGE balloon fill up and fly away!  We even followed it and saw where it landed in someone's yard.  The kids had a lot of fun and so did Nana.  Here are some pics from the day.

Mother's Day and Such

My children gave me a great, relaxing Mother's Day this year.  We went to church, went for a hike, had a nice relaxing afternoon at home, and Emily (well Michael) made my favorite dinner, tuna casserole!!  It was all Emily's idea, which was so sweet since I never make it.  Here are some pics from Mother's day and a trip to Grammie and Pop Pop's to see Mommy's tree in bloom.

Soccer

Emily is playing soccer again this Spring.  She is so excited because she is on AC's team and Mr. Anthony is one of the coaches.  She is doing so much better this season, starting to run a little more and not so scared to get in on the action!  She's having fun too!

I told William he should put shorts on because it is hot outside today.  He said "No thank you, I'll just stay inside where it is cool."  Sorry buddy!!!  You're going outside!
