88 Weeks Old!

Emily is 88 weeks old.  We had another busy week, all of our weeks seem to be busy, but this one had all of the Halloween excitement too!  Emily was a very cute little kitty cat and loved trick or treating.  I chose a cat for her because she has the cutest MEOW sound.  Of course she wouldn't do it on command, but she was cute anyway! Here are some pics of our fall fun this week!

Fun in the leaves!

87 Weeks Old!

Emily is 87 Weeks old.  She is also now a 20 month old.  She is getting closer and closer to 2 years old every day!  Am I really ready for that?  She is still growing and changing everyday and still loves to talk.  She repeats everything we say and has quite a memory too!  We had another week of fun.  We went to visit Nana one day and even got in a little walk on the boardwalk.  We had our MOMS club Halloween party and Emily had a blast even though we were there way past bedtime.  We also visited Grandma and Uncle Eddie who is up visiting from Florida.  Another great day and Emily had lots of fun!  Emily has fun wherever she is.  It does not take much to make her happy!  As long as she can run and make silly sounds she is one happy camper!  Here are some pictures of our week of fun!

86 Weeks Old!

Emily is 86 Weeks Old.  We had some nice weather and a couple of rainy days, but we had fun with them all!  We went to Space Farms and Emily had a blast feeding the animals.  She's doing great with swimming and still loves being in the water.  I haven't updated with her favorite things lately, so here it goes.  Emily absolutely loves Curious George and could watch it on TV all day if we let her.  (Don't worry, we don't!)  She also likes The Cat in the Hat books and TV show.  She is always asking to read the Dr. Seuss books, she can't get enough!  We have gotten a few Clifford the Big Red Dog books from the library and she is always asking to read those also.  So, yeah the girl likes books!  She would eat cheerios for every meal if we let her, so we limit it to breakfast only!  I think they are just fun to eat, since she gets them in a bowl with milk.  And it makes a fun mess when the bowl "falls" on the floor.  We got to see some family and friends this weekend and had a great time.  Here are some pics of our fun!

Rainy Day fun in the crib.  We threw all of her animals in the crib and she had a ball playing around.

Bowl Hat!
You can see she took all of my tupperware out and put it on the coffee table.  She did put it all back for me, but she has to work on her organizational skills!

Up close and personal with a goat.
Emily loved feeding all of the animals at the zoo.  She mostly just threw the food on the ground in front of her, but at least she had fun!

Emily's first trip to Build-a-Bear.  She was putting the heart into her bear before it was stuffed.  She had a lot of fun and loves her Candie Bear!

String cheese with a fork, interesting...

Kim's Baby Shower # 2

Kim had a baby shower at her Mom's house this weekend.  It was a really nice day, with a great group of people and some awesome food!  Kim got lots of awesome goodies for the new baby too.  Here are a few pictures of the fun.  Just a note, Aunt Gail made the sweaters that are in one of the pictures.  They came out so cute!

Emily loves spending time in her crib playing around.  It's convenient for Mommy, that's for sure!!

Emily loves sitting in any container she can find.  Not sure how much longer she will fit in this one!

Emily eats Peanut Butter and Jelly!
She didn't really enjoy it as much as we had hoped though.
We went pumpkin picking with Gia and Pe-Pa this weekend.  Emily loved playing in the corn!

84 Weeks Old!

Emily is 84 Weeks Old and is still having lots of fun!  She has started calling me Mommeeeee! instead of Mama all the time.  She is getting much better with her colors and really seems to know a lot of them pretty consistently.  She also counts and can make it to ten...sometimes.  I am just amazed everyday by what comes out of her mouth!  I realize a lot of this is normal toddler stuff, but I just can't believe how much she remembers and brings things up from the past at totally random times.  I've never had a toddler before, so this is all new and amazing to me!!  Emily also had one of her molars pop through this weekend, so that brings our total tooth count to 7.  Here are some pics of our week...
